This 7” was made with a few friends’ bands we met on the Germany tour in 1995. That tour was mostly youth centers in smaller German towns and was, by our account at least, a total hoot.
The first night of the tour we played a squatter commune, were shown to the stage and lying right there in the middle of the whole thing was a magnificent hog. He was huge and cute and just looked up at us like, “Great…Americans. And they brought guitars.”
Jerry lay with that hog that night, commencing an on-again/off-again long-distance thing that surprised both of them.
